Find time for exercise, Exercise is not only good for your physical health but also for your skin's health and yes picking up endless toys and chasing them from doing something dangerous is EXERCISE. Regular exercise can help improve circulation, which can lead to healthier-looking skin. Find a type of exercise that you enjoy and can easily fit into your schedule, whether it's taking a walk or doing a workout video at home.

  5. Take breaks when you can Caring for a child with special needs can be demanding both physically and emotionally. It is important to take breaks when and if you can to avoid burnout.
